CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER.
Pentland Ferries are currently looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager to work form their busy office in St Margaret’s Hope with 2 days visiting Gill’s Bay. The successful applicant will be required to deal with all customer service issues in Orkney and Caithness.
Responsibilities will include dealing with group and block bookings, managing customer service staff and maintaining internal booking system. The post is 40 hours per week over 5 days. Rate of pay is dependant on experience and can be discussed with suitable applicants.
